effective R&D program aimed at future facilities based at Fermilab.
Scope: FARDOG will be
responsible for offering guidance/advice on technical issues and goals, monitoring
progress, and resolving issues relating to allocation of resources across division
boundaries within any Fermilab R&D effort aimed at creating a new HEP research
facility at Fermilab
