Obtaining an invitation
Attendance at the workshop is by invitation. We expect to be able to accommodate all
interested persons, but the total number of participants is limited to about 40. We
reserve the right to reject applicants if the response exceeds our expectations.

You should receive a response from Carolyn within a week. If you do not please
call Carolyn at 757-269-7575.
Registration Fee
A registration fee of $100 is required of all participants. A dinner will be
provided on Wednesday evening (February 10) for all participants. The fee may be
paid at the conference or sent in advance to Carolyn Camp, Mail Stop 7A, 12000 Jefferson
Avenue, Newport News, VA 23606. If you pay by check please make the check
payable to SURA/Jefferson Lab.
Making arrangements for travel and accommodations
Airports: Newport News/Williamsburg Airport (~1 mile from Jefferson Lab) and Norfolk
International Airport (~25 miles from Jefferson Lab).
Participants must make their own arrangements for travel and accommodations. Useful information on travel and accommodations, maps, and other subjects of interest to visitors is available from the Jefferson Lab Travel Office.
